What is a shrub?
Simply put, a shrub is a drinking vinegar...
Historically, flavored vinegar has been used since before Colonial times in making water potable. In modern-day kitchens, they can be put to use as a cocktail ingredient, a salad dressing, mixed with soda water, or even enjoyed on their own as a refreshing cooler.

Thoughtful sweetener...
We are proud to source our evaporated cane crystals from the Privateer Rum company of Ipswich. All of our products are sweetened with all natural evaporated cane juice. It is vegan, kosher, and has a low glycemic index.
Vinegar made in Massachusetts
Our vinegar is sourced from Apex Orchards of Shelburne, MA. They produce a raw apple cider vinegar with the mother still in tact; providing a rich source of all natural probiotics.

A note from our founder
Adam J Bauman C.S.S.
My first experience with shrubs happened just six years ago. Enamored with the balance of flavor that infused vinegars could bring to a dish or beverage, I began experimenting on my own and have been refining my recipes ever since. As a bartender for over a decade, the industry brought me into contact with many unique flavors, giving me the opportunity to try bold flavor combinations and creative concoctions.
