Nectarine & Spice Recipes
Slammin' Salmon
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Nectarine
- 1/4 cup Yellow Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 3 oz Nectarine & Spice Shrub
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Chop avocado, tomato, nectarine, and onion. Mix with 1 oz of shrub
- Mix garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and 2 oz shrub in bowl
- Pour over salmon and rest refrigerated for 30 min
- Grill to taste and top with salsa
Tasty Blues
- 2 Handfuls local Arugula, rinsed
- 3 oz Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1/4 cup Almonds, shredded
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Peach, cubed
- 2 oz Nectarine & Spice Shrub
-Combine all ingredients in bowl, toss, and dress with Nectarine & Spice shrub
Nectarine Noodle Salad
- 3/4 cup Crispy Wanton Noodles
- Gorgonzola or Roquefort Blue Cheese
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- Romaine & Iceberg Lettuce
- 2 oz. Nectarine & Spice Shrub
- Rinse greens and dice into small pieces. Toss together in large bowl
- Chop almonds and top greens
- Crumble cheese and spread over salad mix
- Top with crispy wanton noodles and dress with Nectarine & Spice Shrub

- 2 Prosecco or Cava
- 1 Nectarine & Spice Shrub
- Combine and enjoy!
Derby Dash
- 1.5 Sweet Bourbon
- 3/4 Nectarine & Spice Shrub
- 1/2 Dry vermouth
- Dash Orange Bitters
- Combine all, stir and top with bubbles
