Rhubarb & Ginger Recipes
Happy Health Hummus
Shrub Tahini (Makes extra):
- 2 oz Rhubuarb Ginger Shrub
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
-Blend all ingredients in food processor until it becomes a paste
Hummus:
- 2.5 Tbsp of paste you just made
- 1 Can White Beans (Cannellini)
- 1 Lime's worth of Juice
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- 2 Tblsp Olive Oil
- 1 oz Rhubarb & Ginger Shrub
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Tsp Toasted Onion Herb Mix (this can be replaced with onion powder & italian seasoning)
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, or desired consistency.
-Serve with chips, crackers, bread, on sandwiches or spoons.
