Rhubarb & Ginger Recipes

Happy Health Hummus 

Shrub Tahini (Makes extra):
  • 2 oz Rhubuarb Ginger Shrub 
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

-Blend all ingredients in food processor until it becomes a paste

Hummus:
  • 2.5 Tbsp of paste you just made 
  • 1 Can White Beans (Cannellini)
  • 1 Lime's worth of Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro
  • 2 Tblsp Olive Oil
  • 1 oz Rhubarb & Ginger Shrub 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tsp Toasted Onion Herb Mix (this can be replaced with onion powder & italian seasoning)

- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, or desired consistency. 

-Serve with chips, crackers, bread, on sandwiches or spoons.
