Tangerine & Lavender Recipes

Summer of 'Gus

  • 1 Bunch Local Green Asparagus
  • 1 tsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 2 oz Tangerine & Lavender Shrub
  1. Sauté asparagus until tender
  2. Add lemon pepper and Tangerine Lavender shrub
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes and serve

Local Cheek

  • 4 Local Halibut Cheeks
  • 2 tsp Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Ginger Root
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 oz Tangerine & Lavender Shrub
  1. Whisk together all ingredients except cheeks and olive oil 
  2. Heat oil in pan to medium high
  3. Saute cheeks about 2-3 min per side 
  4. Reduce heat and cook until flaky
  5. Drizzle with sauce and serve

Crispy Citrus Salad

  • 1/2 cup Lo Mein Crispy Noodles
  • 1 Medium Yellow/Sweet Onion
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 2 Fresh Tangerines
  • Romaine Lettuce & Mustard Greens
  • 2 oz Tangerine & Lavender Shrub
  1. Rinse greens, chop slightly and toss together in large bowl
  2. Cut sweet onion into thin strips and Sauté until golden or other desired texture, let cool and mix with greens
  3. Dice the tangerine into small pieces and mix into salad
  4. Chop the almonds and mix with lo mein noodles, top salad and dress with Tangerine & Lavender Shrub

Cocktails: 

Tangerine Dreams

  • 1 Tangerine & Lavender Shrub
  • 3/4 Soda Water
  • 1/2 Cocci Americano  

- Combine and enjoy!

Agave Optional

  • 1.5 Vodka or Reposado Tequila 
  • 1.5 Tangerine & Lavender Shrub
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice

-Shake, pour and serve
