Sometimes accidents create a wonderful result. Nectarines, accidental nectarines albeit, come together with Indian spices to create our lightest shrub. It serves as the perfect complement to a salad of romaine, blue cheese, and citrus segments. Still very drinkable on its own or with soda water, this shrub can also be used simply with Prosecco or Cava to make a delightful Shrubosa (shrub mimosa). For the more adventurous, it compliments bourbon and vermouth quite nicely.



 Slammin' Salmon

2 Salmon fillets 

1 Avocado

1 Nectarine

1/4 cup Chopped yellow onion

1/2 cup Chopped tomato

1 tsp Garlic

3 oz Nectarine & Spice Shrub

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tsp Salt

- Chop avocado, tomato, nectarine, and onion. Mix with 1 oz of shrub

- Mix garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and 2 oz shrub in bowl

- Pour over salmon and rest refrigerated for 30 min

- Grill to taste and top with salsa


Tasty Blues

2 Handfuls local arugula 

3 oz Gorgonzola cheese 

1/4 cup Shredded almonds

1/4 cup Chopped red onion

1 Peach cubed

2 oz Nectarine & Spice Shrub

-Combine all ingredients in bowl, toss, and dress with shrub





2 Prosecco or Cava

Derby Dash

1.5 Sweet Bourbon

3/4 Nectarine & Spice Shrub

1/2 Dry vermouth

Dash Orange Bitters

-Stir and Top with Bubbles
